If you did these tests, this means the hardware flash IC is damaged or bad soldered. I really recommend you bring up the phone to SE service center or resolder the BGA IC and reflash it. About Z520, its fully supported (all CIDs) in TMS! 200% Regards,

| thats what im afraid of. my customer is getting kinda ansy about getting his phone back. im guessing it has to be the flash ic because everytime it fails at the same % on the FS file.. its identical on both tms and usb-smart. usually when usb-smart fails, tms will always come through. is there some schematic around that shows what chip is the flash ic? sometimes with nokia, a hot hair dryer will fix it.. maybe it will work. |

then all is clear. Need re-solder (re-hot may solve it) the Flash IC. Same method you use with NOKIAs ![]() Regards,
