I've lost 5 credits due to Error code: 0x002102

I've saved all the AST files with screenshots and mailed it to reportfiles@gmail.com asking for help and a rebounce on my credits, but i don't get any help or reply.

What do i do wrong? I though i would get my credits back, or atleast a reply!

Is this just a fake operation?

wonder if they took a break, becuase I have not got a reply from their main email. I have a dead W800i becuase of this program, Anybody know how to flash the erom of a K750?

I have died K750i after flashing. It says pls wait and frozen. Anybody knows about EROM flashing.

and what the hell are we supposed to do when the ATS file is 30 MB!!

I've got the same problem. Bought a credit, unlocked my phone, didn't worked. Multiple Mails to reportfiles, no answer

if report files doesnt reply email ur reseller thats what there for

of course, reseller is the one who must to give support and everything customer needs.

reportfiles@ email is just for collect feedback, nothing more. Do not expect replies or a sandwhich from this email address.
