V600 RED CID 36 - or should that be 49??

Got v600 (Voda-UK) and want to debrand. TMS reads f/w as CID36 Red. TMS only has CID36 Brown or CID49 Red files. Can I use the 49 Red files or am I likely to screw the thing up? Alternatively, should I reflash eprom to brown and use the 36 Brown files and then reflash it back to red? Any advice that helps rid my phone of the Beast of Newbury will be greatly appreciated! Tx in advance.

You can choose both of flashes for debranding.

Thanks casioman, I really appreciate your advice. Now the only choice is between the DSS25 or the T28 cable...hmmmmm, I think the cable might be best cos you can take the battery out without disconnecting. I'll let you know how I get on.

Another piece of Voda-branding bites the dust! Thanks again Casinoman.
