Added support for KM500 flashing - GSM-Forum

New version - LGI flasher - unlocker v1.31SC is uploaded at support sites in LG section.
Added support for KM500-at this moment only flashing is supported.
IN ORDER To include unlock- readed eeproms from locked phones are required.
All users,who have locked KM500 are asked to send to us eeproms from KM500.
