After unlock 902T No outgoing call - GSM-Forum

Anybody have encountered 902 T after unlock, phone can received calls but cannot make out going calls. Did try checking the phone and call settings seems all right and also where is the function Master factory reset located? Tks to all

Tks for replying Halongmobile. I was looking for reset phone and i see only at inside Java icon, is this the one if not can you tell me where?

can your phone play mp3 players? i donl't have the phone yet in my hands.. and not sure what kind of restrictions we may have for hte japanese toshiba fones
