BL20, cant load supports.sys driver - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have BL20 and when i will connect phone, errormessage "can't load supports.sys driver"
But supports.sys is in same folder as LGQ 1.42

i also have same problem only with 1_64 and 1_65

but up to 1_63 is ok

whenever we press connect phone or reset phone we get this error with LGI_1_65/64SC

not checked with LGQ as i don't have set

Also I get the same problem with latest version of lgq and lgi and I dissabled the firewall,start the program like admin but the same problem I have.

Actually this is not bug and I still can't catch why on XXXX PC driver is loaded without problems,and on few PC not loaded.

using v63 in the meantime until the problem gets solved as it's the "latest" version that works for me

Try to open regedit and find supports.sys

I have found it in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\p hunter

I have changed string in ImagePath to \??\C:\Program Files\VygisToolbox\supports.sys Where I have copied "supports.sys" file

After that, there is no more error!

im using xp with LGQ_1_42SC and via usb connection,
this morning i unlocked 100% bl20 in 1st connection and also flashed phone.
was very fast unlocking and flash, so cant be a bug,

total unlocked 5x bl20 in week,
