Member: 45796 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 13 | About C2200 Cable modification I just try to unlock one LG C2200 with cable modification ( just enough to conect pin 19 to GND) and these is what I was doing : First switch supplay 5V to ON,and then press "Conect Phone" on Vygis software and then plug the conector to phone and you will see the phone will automaticly go to boot mode rady for unlocking ,flashing etc. Whit these method pressing Power buton on phone to boot is not needed. Greatings go to Vygis team.Thanks. Last edited by BVC-PROJECT; 12-08-2004 at 10:37. |

Member: 105625 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 44 | I think i managed to unlock C2200 without modding the cable: - Click connect - Insert the cable VERY SLOWLY! Don't insert it completely - very slowly until you see it starts boot (you might have to try a few times before it even starts boot). - hold the cable still in the exact position you held it when it starts boot. A steady hand is urgent :P - If you are lucky (keep the cable steady) the booting will finish before the cable looses connection, and you can click unlock. I had to try about 15 times before i managed to get it completely booted. But it worked - i didn't even have to hold the power button. I assume my cable wasn't modded as the normal procedures didn't work. Inserting the cable completely gave no response, not even when holding power button. I just noticed this trick, when removing cable - it suddenly started "loading boot" when i disconnected the cable slowly, and i realised that there was some connection at least... Cable have been used to unlock C1100 before without problems. |
