Error with installation of the driver - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I bought a new Vygis Uni box. Installed drivers and software.

When I connect my Vygis box, it looks for USB Serial Controller and as advsied I have downloaded Profilic driver as well as advised felow from forum installation guide but still it does recognize the driver.

..
Could it something wrong with hardware??

These are the steps and errors, mate.

Both DLL's - FTD2XX.dll and VSD2XX.dll must be placed in same directory,wheresoft is,or in Windows\System.

VSD2XX.sys - must be placed in Windows\System32.

4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download VygisBox drivers.rar

Actually exists 2 variants of boxes-one based on FTDI chip,other based on Prolific.For both drivers exists at automatic support sites - in "LG"-"BOX & SC DONGLE DRIVERS" folder.Download them and try again.

Hi,

The drivers from this website were installed now atleast it detects the Prolific USB to Serial Comm port but it still throwing up Device cann't start error code 10. Anybody knows if this can be fixed??

Want to ask again-have you tried drivers from automatic supports sites "BOX & SC DONGLE DRIVERS" folder? If yes-and you still have problem,this means,that something is wrong with box-maybe it's eeprom is not programmed like VygisToolbox.

i got the same problem and when i go to device manager the prolific driver has an eclamation sign on it i tried to reinstall and nothing , what happened to rs232 that i need for rj45 cables ?
someone please help!!!
