Hallo all,

Before 3 weeks I unlock GD510, and today owner come with the same mobile
and say that touch screen not working.
Is this maybe software thing or not?

If software, what to do to eliminate that is not software problem?
Only to flash?

it hardware problem
just replace the touch screen

This is 100% hardware problem. You have bought really cheap digitizer replacement, contact your supplier for refund. Also, try to clean gold connectors with isopropyl maybe gold contacts are dirty or corroded and making bad connection (but I think cheap digitizer is problem).
