General I/O Error when connecting phone - GSM-Forum

I encounter the following error when i trying to flash or read phone f/w

me too when I trayed to falsh or read
it work but if I trayed to open other soft or other file
it give me this erreur so to flash a phone I must close all dossier and don't do any thing in pc untell flash will complite
