Actually at this moment i don't have solution for GS290 from Mexico

flash the phone with firmware from support and then enter into unlock menu to get sucess

Yes how our colegue said try to flash phone with another flash file.
There are phones from other networks wich dont let to enter unlock codes until the phone are reflashed with another firmware.
