GS155 Loading certificate then software goes off
when attempting to connect stop only Loading certificate then the software goes off automatically

phone is security code only

any solution for this ?

Try first to reset phone with phone on and without sim and try to use USB cable.After that try to connect off phone without battery with rj45 GS102 cable keeping power button pressed until phone is readed ok and unlock it.

Strange is this your GS155

I would say that something is wrong with cable or maybe with +5V from box,as this model needs +5V on one cable pin.Anyway if it has only security code-phone can be reseted using software - read "Help_EN.doc" file how to do this or also can be reseted from phone test menu - 1809#*155# and later "Factory reset"

Seems,that you haven't read "Help_EN.doc" file-to reset security code phone doesn't need to be booted - it must be powered ON-anyway how to use service functions-read IMEI,write IMEI and phone reset is described in "Help_EN.doc" file.
