How can we fix Emergency Mode GT540. . When we tried to flash it it stop and the usb turned to USB not recognized. Is there a special driver for LG GT540 to be able to flash?. . .

Thank you for helping me my friend. As of now i don't have skype if you don't mind, what i have for now is YM. . . I dont have the unit right now but surely i will contact u just in case its here.

this is full guide how to repair your gt540(successfully repair 3 sets).
you need to flash first rom with fast boot,after you can flash any desired rom(2.2,Cyaogen etc).
follow this link:
A full guide to getting Android 2.2 on your phone for total newbs like me

You will need program which work in background called WindowsEnablerv1.1,this is link for download:
Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: WindowsEnablerv1.1.zip
when you download all appropriate files from above links,do not connect usb to phone before setup like in this picture:

after setup like this,press vol down-camera-power,press launch software update,wait 2-3 sec and then connect to usb(it is tricky maybe you need to do 2-3 times before you succeed),wait to finish. After this you have gt540 with fasboot enabled and you can flash any custom rom.
p.s. dont forget to install fastboot drivers
