gw620 after readin instruction not done

Symptoms: Phone ***** shows LG Logo and the goes to black screen with "Arm11 crashed" text

How to repair:

PROCEDURE I
-----------
-Install drivers and restart PC after installation
A.LGUnitedMobileDriver_S4981MAN35AP22_ML_WHQL_Ver_ 3.5.exe or higher version
B.LGWindowsMobile_USBDriver_WHQL_ML_Ver_1.0.exe or higher version
C.LGSmartPhone_ModemlinkDUNDrive_WHQL_ML_Ver_1.0.e xe
-Install msxml.msi, if is not installed already
-Set phone in Emergency mode. ( Power Off. Keep pressing key 1 on the keyboard and plug in the USB cable)
-Go FAST, after drivers are installed, to the device manager and disable the : LG Mobile USB Modem ( Under MODEMS)
-Open the software KDZ_FW_UPD.exe and set Type:3GQCT and PhoneMode: EMERGENCY
-Select KQZ file : V10G_00.kdz
-Finaly Press the : Launch Software update button
-Wait till software extracts file to V10G_00.cab and starts flash process
-After some minutes phone will exit emergency and starts charging. Press Power ON button shortly and let phone Boot
-After a while Software will show =FINISHED=
-Must wait some minutes till Phone exit ANDROID Logo and starts normaly.
-If stucks there, use VYGIS to Factory Reset phone.

PROCEDURE II

In case that this process does not repair phone do as follows:
-Open the software KDZ_FW_UPD.exe and set Type:3GQCT-SmartPhone(WM)
-Select KQZ file : V10E_00.kdz
-Press the : Launch Software update button and wait process to finish
-Probably you end-up with black screen with "Arm11 crashed" text, but is not a problem.
-Now just flash again as explained at Procedure I

This is how i personaly repaired one phone which was branded to Orange and killed after flashing with VYGIS


i try these procdure step by step on clean pc and after don my mobile stil arm11 crashed an other solution plz help me vygis supporter i'm indeed for you're help thanks for you and you're support
