need help how to unlock sky im-s550s with handset and debug menu password

if i connect phone to pc thru usb cable
usb not recognized

drivers already installed

any idea vygis team

check your cable bro and try to other usb ports

or if you have tornado ufs plug it the usb at the back of ufs usb port tested nay times works 100%

hi bro bk may picture ka merun din kc ako dito ayw kumagat kh4500 cable

usb cable is good and tested i try also other usb port same error usb not recognized

when i open vygis tool and select model

If you can't connect using USB cable do next :
- enter "DEBUG MENU" in next way :
- type ##000000# in dial window
- enter like password phone code
- default is "0000"
- select "COMM.ENVIRONMENT"
- set "DM Port" to USB
- if you see baudrate - set it to 115200
- set "DS Port" to USB
- if you see baudrate - set it to 115200


type ##000000# to enter debug menu then the phone ask password i try default code 0000 not match
