help with vygis toolbox plz - GSM-Forum

i am trying to unlock a ke850 *****
with the (LG INFINEON FLASHER-UNLOCKER V1.46 SOFTWARE)
i am following the instructions which say
1: connect port
2: connect phone
3: turn phone on with no sim card inserted
when i do this its not seeing the phone?
any1 know what im doing wrong plz

hi friend first of all check your cable also check phone connector clean it if necessary,select a port below 10,regards,suunnyy
