You not finished to flash phone- read "Unlocker help.txt" and "Flasher help.txt" files.You need to wait until software will write "Process completed" - flashing time for KU990 is about 18 minutes as i remember.

normally just flash it and after unlock it, for flashing using Download mode, not power on phone, because if the phone is power on in normal mode, some time fllasing don't finish, and give you error.

brother..first try to explain ur problem in details..
just full flash the fone and then unlocked..100% tested and works

LG Qualcomm phones from H3G network has different "MEDIA" files,depending from
country-region.If you will write flash with not correct region-phone will show
"Unavailable MEDIA file".If flash file,which you want to write to phone has different
region from you phone's country,before flash writing check "Change Region" and select
needed country-region.
