Seems like driver installation problem.
Also check to have only the Vygis atached to USB on the PC.

i update the driver but ,still there is some problem .. when i want to work the dungle is writing ''protection card error :EE05 '' please help me...i m gone crazy !!!!

Try to read dongle id (with the SMARTCARDDONGLE id reader) --> tell us result

I have same problem. I kan read with sc reader but kan not start software.
I have update driver but same eror protection card eror EE005 .
Please how to resolve this problem.

I have the same problem. I have Regxx_LG file and when i run the exe files, i get the error message "Protection Card Error: EE05". Result is the same on the 3 computers. Please help me.

Error EE05 means,that you have old card,which was for Sentinel dongle replacement and this card was never activated.All this story hapened 5 years ago.Ask this man,from who you got card for new - already activated card.
