I can give original full flash for 8380

- Downgrade means something different. What you mean is that you want to convert that phone ..

- If you want now to convert that phone, at the end you will have a phone with No LCD Backlight, No Camera and No Bluetooth ...
So, you will have to wait till somebody will release a better solution ... (seems you will not have to wait so long, but who knows ...)
