pls i av ke500 and kg800 but the phone is not connecting. what is the procedure to unlock it?

connecting with cable kg800 and presse power.

select the correct port
conect mobile to the box
press read codes
and power on the phone
it will read codes in few seconds

Bro i did read codes but when i turn mobile on it does not ask for codes just show insert correct sim or simcard not valid,,,,,wat to do,,,BR

If you do not have original Sim test with motorola test card
if you have original SIM,power ON phone
with it and enter 2945#*20001#
goto Menu-Settings-Security-Sim Unlock Code-
Desactivate and enter the code you get or read out
