How to unlock KP500 with Vygis ?

I cannot get the phone to connect to my box. How is it possible?

COM: ON or OFF ?
F-BUS or M-BUS ?

Yep, I used that cable but still no connection. I think I know what the problem is, I always get USB connection problems when I install Hamachi.

Will post results tomorrow, thanks.

KE500 RJ45 cable must be used,not USB cable.

I've done loads of them, all without issue. Remove the battery for 30 seconds and try again. It might help.

I got one with that problem now. Won't connect, I just get a red light on TX for a split second. Must be newer version?

i have one from Virgin UK wont connect at all. when trying to connect all i get is the red led on Tx flickering when power button is pressed. Am using latest version 1.49.

Is it only me or what pls??
