I need help to unlock, because i try soo many times but no succes for me. what is wrong?

Hard to say where is problem-read eeprom and upload here or at rapidshare.

More info needed-what cable you use? Rj45 or USB? Before tried anyone phone via USB,if you now use USB cable?

So check what baudrate is set-better read "Help_EN.doc" - it is included to rar file together with software

If you use USB then how you have done testpoint.

At first try reset phone - 1809#*520# to enter test menu-later "Factory reset'-after this try connect again.How to connect via USB is described in "Help_EN.doc" file.
