Actually your phone is already patched.You need to make phone reset from phone menu

Have you read "Unlocker help.txt" file-it goes together with software? In it you can find next :
"IMPORTANT! Almost all Toshiba phones work only in 3G band, they don't have GSM band.So if in your
area you don't have 3G operators - you won't have network"
