i use you pinouts made cable ,but why cannot connect the phone

Then you did something wrong

Check cable again and also keep pressed power ON button till bootloader will be uploaded to phone,when you will see "Reading info ...",you can release power ON button.

Something strange here,anyway please try to change baudrates to 115 kb and also other-try to connect phone also like C3300 for example.And last question-this KG800 is from China,or from Europe?

And one more question-did you keep power ON button on phone pressed,when you uploading boot?

Ok-then last try-try to connect it via ComPort-right RJ45 connector on box.
If wont help-at this moment not have more ideas,except to buy this phone from you and look what is wrong with it.

One more thing to check cable-power ON phone without SIM and in "Special" section try to read "Phone info" and "Read IMEI".

Looks that some problems with cable-I don't have any ideas more.Btw,how you made it-my own I made using handsfree connector,inside it has little pcb.

One more idea-try to reset phone from phone keyboard - 2945#*# and later
"Factory reset" and try connect phone again.
