I have problem with OT-C 550X - GSM-Forum

Hi Vygis Team
I have 2 alcatel OT-C 550X
when i buy the vygis box from i-phone i did not get the cable for this phone so what i did was take the one i have from red box
but when i try to unlock and power one the phone the phone turn on
so i think the cable is not good
Please let me know if it can be unlock with vygis and i need the pin outs of the cable to make it may self
