Hi
I have been useing Vygis for a short while and it is excellent.My biggest problem is finding where to go for instructions for models new to me.
Is there a help file or something I can access for help.
My current problem is with a p350 on Android 2.22.I do not know where to start?
I have tried to search but all I get is incomplete answers.
Any help would be gratefully received.

I have found some instructions in the same file as the flash file on support.I was hoping for more detailed information.

Just thought I'd post here my result.
To unlock P350 on Android ver. 2,2,2

1. FULLY charge battery
2. ensure battery is full
3. from home screen -left hard button-settings-scoll to about phone-Android version
4. download from support (lg software-firmware for language changing-P350-P350AT_v10_for unlocking.rar
5. unzip
6.RESTART COMPUTER
7. Ensure phone is fully charged
8. Press vol up+vol down and then power button phone will go into Emergency mode
9. plug in cable, click on "connect port ",click on "connect cable" click on "flasher"click on "open file "navigate to where you saved the file in 4
10. click on "write files"
11. WAIT (in my case 2.34 mins
12. remove battery then restart phone. check android version Still 2.2.2.
13. restart vygis and plug in turned on phone
14. click "connect port " click "connect phone"
15.click "unlock"
ALL DONE
please can someone check I've not forgotten any thing
