KG800 always error when connecting - GSM-Forum

I am trying to flash a customers Kg800 with KG-KG800_KG90P64-86-V11e-XXX-XX from the support site. Whenever i try to connect the phone with version 1_66SC, it loads the boot successfully, but then i get a popup window saying "Error: Phone not respond" with a big red X.
Here is a log of what happens:

Loading boot...
Boot loaded OK
Flash ID : 984A
Flash type : Toshiba - 16 Mb
Second flash ID : 9849
Second flash type : Toshiba - 16 Mb
-----------------------------------------------
Reading phone info ...
Operation failed

I have tried using earlier version (1_65SC), but still same problem. I have also tried with 3 working cables (i know this because i use them with Furious Gold with no problems), and still same problem. Anyone else having this issue? or know how to fix? All drivers are installed properly, and reads other phones fine.

can you post a screenshot ? (don't forget to hide dongle id)

Ok, i just had same error few minutes again, and here how to fix it:

When you start the software, if you try to adjust the port speed (right , up, empty field), you cannot.

BUT, after trying one time and giving error, just go to that field, set a speed like 460 or 920kb.s and then try again.
Don't forget to KEEP THE POWER ON BUTTON HOLD, UNTILL ALL THE PHONE INFORMATION IS DETECTED.

Then you can also unlock the phone smoothly.
