Kp500 flash problem with multicolour screen??????? [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

HI ALL,

I HAVE FLASHED A KP500 AND NOW PHONE STARTS UP WITH LOGO AND THEN 5 COLOURS SCROLL DOWN THE SCREEN AND THATS IT,

TRIED FLASHING WITH A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT FILES BUT STILL SAME ERROR.

ANY IDEAS AS TO HOW TO REPAIR.

I have the exakt same problem. I used USB interface. Have tried Kp500 files, 501 and 502files. Still coloured screen

try to flash with gsmmulti 32
i have repair few with this error
but i have use only usb org cable
you must have dll file for specific phone

I tried repair eeprom... That got the phone to start again, as a KP 502 but non the less working

That you can fix with a repair eprom, then change imei and ready it must be made

I would advice to use last - LGI_1_84SC version - it already automatically creates eeprom and calibration backups before flashing-and if you have rainbow screen-you simply write eeprom and calibration backups and phone is OK
