KP500 need help on resetting it on Vygis? help team vygis - GSM-Forum

KP500 that when I turn it on, it only hang on the menu screen and after it is on it cannot be press any button even the touch screen frozen on menu only.
Team Vygis let me know what is the procedure on how to reset it.

I can get the info of the phone (because is off line) but wen the phone is off it cannot be detect via usb or RJ45.

What is the step by step procedure on how to reset the LG KP500, please help so I can try if I can let this work in just reseting it. I tried the combo reset button on, center button & camera button but still the same problem. thank you

For phone reset phone must be ON,later "Connect port" and "Phone reset".
