Try other flash,but if not helps-then something wrong with phone's hardware.

Hi

I am having same problem flashing Kp-500, it stops at 15% at exact same address 0x3A7A0000 every time. tried different versions of flash files, on different cumputers, even kp501 & kp502 flash files but still stops at exact same place. My phone was working fine before, all I wanted was to decustomize the phone. I have used USB cable but also tried with com cable but it stop randomly with that.

Any other sugestion please?

Want to repeat again-if phone freezes on same place when you flash via USB and UART,or software writes,that can't load certificate and etc.-all this means that phone has hardware problem-sometimes helps NAND flash IC removing and reballing,sometimes only NAND changing.

P.S.And forget that phone is almost new and etc., even new phones can have problems with NAND soldering.

any suggestion? btw the phone is running perfectly without any hardware issue.

This problem is cause :-Can't switch to bin mode

when u use usb cable.if you select com port all ok.try you will see.

May be a small bug vygism .please check bro.

But with usb cable you can repair eeprom very very quickly.would be great to see usb flashing also faster.

One more thing if you try to reset kp500 it will reset ok ,but phone start blinking after have to flash agin.
