KP500 Problems - GSM-Forum

Hi!

I having some problems with my KP500.

When i start up my phone it says on the main menu "Unactivate USIM" and i cant call out or recive calls, only emergency calls.
When i use the guide to unlock, my phone restarts and the Unactivate USIM is gone but now it sys No Network. If i go to settings and find my operator under "newtwork settings" and return to homescreen i got the USIM messages again????

I think it has to do with the firmware verson on the phone but i cant update it using LGE.COM site and i cant find out what firmware i should use for Sweden, im using a prepaid card and my phone is not locked to any operator. Can someone in this great forum please help me out with some advice???? Please

the phone is barred will never work untill u change imei which in some contrys is against the law
