ks 310 [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I have tried several of these but I always get :

For connecting remove battery from phone,
connect RJ45 cable to phone and put battery to it ...

I have tried using several gs102 cables and also using my z3x box as an interface#Am I missing something ?
any help gratefully received

You must check if +5V switch is in ON position on the box
