I have the same problem. During the unlock operation i've got tha message . NV_380 backup , continue unlocking and then operation failed.
KU 380 PL Orange. 26003.
Is that phone is not supported ??

If phone unlocked-anyone which has BUL inside-if locked-can be problems-basically is possible to write only flashes from same operator.
