Ku990 flash problem

Hello,

I seem to have a strange problem, I have tried flashing a Ku990iGo and a Ku990go and both have the same error as pasted below. I've only just started to use vygis and it has direct unlocked handsets including the one noted below, but when I try to flash the handset it gets to no more than 5% writing AMSS then it gives a warning saying flash not completed and to put the handset into emergency download mode, but no matter what I do it wont continue and says operation failed, and now both handsets power on and go to a yellow screen with refreshing written in top left of screen.

I've searched this forum but don't see anything the same. Hopefully someone can help or has had the same problem?

Many thanks

I have tried 2 fully charged batteries yesterday, and last night opened 2 new ku990's and charged them fully overnight, still the same problem today! I assume I'm still doing something wrong but can't figure it out!

Tried 2 cables, both genuine lg usb cables supplied in box with Ku990, also uninstalled and re installed drivers several times, the furthest it gets is to 8% of flashing amss, it's like it freezes but never at a certain point, more like it times out or something?

Do I need a special cable? As it works to unlock and always performs the flash process perfect until the amss flash then it fails

I am also going to set up another pc and try, just incase it's the pc, it's just strange that no one else has experienced this! I thought it was my mistake or error but it's hard to understand why it works well, but only to that certain point!

Is there any extra settings that need to be changed?

I can provide a screenshot of the error?

Actually I also can't say where is problem-noone more have such problems seems.Usually such behaviour can be only if battery is not charged-this is from my own practice.

Tried on different pc and works fine!!!

Problem solved, might be some driver conflict, but seemed very strange for it to work only to a certain point, normally works 100% or not at all!!!

Thank you Vygis
