LG e610 missing programs 'application not installed'

hello i v got lg e610 it had minor water damaged. there's like all icons with android thingie in it on desktop and when i click on them i get 'application not installed'. beside that phone works fine, i tried to hard reset and flash with Vygis box, lge tools, z3x (the only things in menu that shows up is camera, contact, fm radio, sms, phone and setting nothing else).

Any help would be appreciated
