LG P500 unlocking - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone!

I've left my P500, locked in Vodafone Romania, to some GSM service and these guys can't unlock it. But now it's blocked, or something. They keep saying 'have patience, wait a few days'. They say that my firmware is v20, but for now, only v10 is cracked. They say I have to wait until it appears on the support sites...
Is it true?
They have all the boxes (including Vygis). Can't they simply overwrite this firmware on my cell with the old v10 firmware? Thanks
