Hello Vygis team! Can I repair IMEI on LG P880 4x HD phone with your box?

For phone connection do next :
Power phone ON, connect P990 cable (with 56k resistor), type 3845#*880#, go to "Port Setting", select "CP Image download" or "CP Reset" and click "OK"

Waiting for phone ... OK
Driver connected, connecting phone ... OK
----------------------------------------------------------
Loading primary loader ... OK
Loading secondary loader ... OK
Can't set bus data
Operation failed

I do all as in instruction but get can not get eeprom data
any advice ?
