LG Q_1_96SD not start - GSM-Forum

when I start it , comes the message and it does not start.

what should I do ? Only LG Q_1_96SD , everything else works.

download again and place REG file in folder

there is no vius in it, i have it on my system and it is working ok!!!
no problems .
