SOLVED
It was because of the date format on my computer. Din't had these problems until the new update came out.

Can you check all new software versions that you are releasing now don't work anymore in Windows 7. When I open them they display this error message "28-mar-06" is not a valid date.
Can you check and repair this problem so that software works in Windows 7 correctly?

P.S. I searched the subforum for my error and as I didn't found the exact match, I make a new post, but now while browsing the thread I see that the same error message happened to someone else, and I corrected the problem by changing the date format in PC.

Just change the way you computer shows you the date like 2013-04-08 and it will work.
