He he, why didn't you changed the baud rate to 921600 before flashing ?

Btw, with latest LGI_1_54SC you can flash this phone via usb much faster

Actually USB flashing for KP500 is already implemented to LGI_1_54SC.It takes about 10-13 minutes to flash phone via USB.Anyway renegade is right if you use UART flashing why don't change baudrates to 921600 ?
