Hi, I try to unlock LG CE110 with Vygis box software V1.24SC. When I connect to the phone, it asks me to download NEPTUNE driver??? I cannot connect to the phone. AND, what we do next if you help me connected to the phone?

Is needed to use LGI software and KE500 cable.

I was using the CU720 cable. Now I think I used the wrong cable. I am wating for the new cable coming. Hopefully, it works.

ABOUT CU720 SHINE. I used to direct UNLOCK with Vygis box without any problem. Now we receive more CU720 phones and find out some of them CANNOT direct UNLOCK. You can flash, but it won't unlock. MY QUESTION IS: IS THERE A NEW VERSION OF CU720 PHONE AND DOES THE VYGIS SUPPORT UNLOCKING THESE NEW VERSION?? Anybody can help me on this.
