Sorry,but noone repair here won't help.Some U960,U970,KU970 not allows to write to OTP block,where IMEI is.

Yep-this Croatia phones seems differs a little What to do now-write SP backup-connect phone-press "Write backup"-software will redirect you to folder,where backup is-open it,wait until it will be written.Later again connect phone like KU990GO and repeat "direct unlock".

I've succesfully unlocked two CU720 (LG SHINE) with the new vygis software, which are not posible to unlock with the older software. Keep up the good work. Vygis is the best tool for LG unlocking.
