flash with any firmware and set change original region.

go to tab flasher put any firmware,tick change original region and select it.
example:
if your phone come from australia select on cahge region DU

what phone version before your flashing?
try flashing again with original version.

original version is v10f,but flash any version the result is same.

the reason is very simple---cable problem,it is working fine with original one.
