For those with error:

Phone type : TOSHIBA 803-902T
IMEI : Unknown
Phone version : Unknown


when trying to unlock toshiba 803T and 902T, the problem has to do with choosing the wrong COM PORT.

OPEN DEVICE MANAGER

dont use any of : PORT (COM & LPT)

VODAPHONE 803T AT COMMAND PORT (COM X)
VODAPHONE 803T OBEX PORT (COMX)


rather USE:

Under Modems in DEVICE MANAGER, right click on the the "VODAPHONE 803T MODEM, then go to properties, then choose ADVANCED, then ADVANCED PORT SETTING, and use the COM port in the "COM PORT NUMBER"

You can change this port to any comport number within the selectable port number on vygis.

this is the com port that works with Vygistoolbox on these phones and not the ones Under COM / LPT settings in DEVICE MANAGER

Big thanks for essojay for explanations.I want a little to improve them and include here few pictures
So how to select correct COMPORT for using with Toshiba software :

Go to "Start"-Settings"-"Control Panel"-"System"-"Hardware"-"Device Manager"-"Modems" and look what ComPort is selected for "Toshiba 803 modem" or for "VODAFONE 902T modem".For this do next:
- right click with mouse at "Toshiba 803 modem" or "VODAFONE 902T modem"


- in the opened submnenu select "Properties"
- in the "Properties" submenu select "Modem"



From the pictures above you can see,that correct port for software using is COMPORT 7.

BenQ 660 / 670 - O2X2 with NO DISPLAY AFTER FLASHING

Solution by mr Vygis:
'' Hi.Really you don't need EEPROM file,as software has internal eeproms included and when you make "Repair EEP" - this internal eeprom is writen to phone.You need now only to change display type.How to make this - connect phone to cable and power ON it.Press "Read type" and look what type shows software.After this try to change display type,for this select "Display : 00" and write it to phone-check if OK,if not - select "Display : 01" and write it to phone,if not OK-write "Display : 02" and "Display : 03".

SOLUTION:

''Seems,that this is not bug Anyway here are one trick,which you need to test.All credits for this trick goes to Mr.Kasner
You need to put to phone original Vodafone or Motorola test card and enter to phone's menu,later under SETTINGS --> "Connectivity" option please select "USB".

PROBLEM: Some LG 2G phones don't power on after flashing with any flashfile

SOLUTION:

L''G phone have backup baterry for clock and etc.Sometimes,if phone was flashed with not correct flash file,this backup baterry keeps in phone RAM some ****,which not allows to power ON phone.Solution is one-to dissasemble phone,to find backup baterry and to short it or disconnect it for few minutes.If you can't find backup baterry on main PCB,you need to disconnect flex cable from flip for few minutes,because some LG phones have backup baterry in flip.

Thx to mr Vygis who had the big patience to write also the BASIC - Introducing level fo Usermanual:

''OK,let begin from beginning I think,that you have Vygistoolbox,so left RJ45 on box is "USB to RS232 by Vygisoft" and right RJ45 is COM.Which COM depends to what Comport on PC box is connected with COM cable.
You can choose here what port you want use,I mean you can connect to left or right RJ45.Let imagine,that you connect to left RJ45.In software ,
under "Port & Settings" select "USB to RS232 by Vygisoft" and 812500 baudrate,select phone model under "Phone type".Check that switch on box is set to "F-BUS".Now again look to software,you see,that almost all buttons are inactive,except "Connect" and software writes "Waiting for action".If to think logicaly-you need to press "Connect" as only this button is active
So press "Connect"-software write "Please power ON phone"-now press power ON on phone(phone must be connected with cable to left RJ45).Wait until bootloader will be loaded to phone,after this software reads info from phone and all buttons become active.After this choose your action again.If you need to make unlock -choose "Fast unlock" or "Read unlock code",if you want to flash phone-select by checking flashing options checkbox,what you want to flash-firmware,eeprom and full,later select flash file and press "Write flash" and etc.
If you selected before not left,but right RJ45,under "Port & Settings" select ComPort,to which box is connected and set 115200 baudrate(Windows not allows higher baudrates than 115200 without special drivers).After this do everything same like is described before.

IMPORTANT FOR IMEI FUNCTIONS:

Generaly, in order to help UK customers and generally customers living in countrys where imei change is a problem --> the new vygissoftwares comes with imei functions hidden (even there where this are supported)

Use CTRL+I and Alt+I in order to enable / disable this functions.

"Software can change IMEI in 2 ways-one way is if you have normal cable with pinout,same like from support-in this case go to "Special" section,press "CTRL" and "I" at PC keyboard,after press "Read IMEI",check "Change IMEI" checkbox and write your desired IMEI to IMEI changing window,after this press "Write IMEI".Other way is if you using original USB cable remade to RJ45,for IMEI changing in this way you need
to use "IMEI Repair" function at "Unlocker" section.After phone connecting enable IMEI changing controls with "CTRL"+"I",after this check "Fix IMEI" and write your desired IMEI to IMEI changing window-after this press "Repair IMEI".

Alcatel E259 REPAIR - if new version was killed by old software.
In this case the phone restarts all time.

Here I want to explain how to repair restarting Exx with new version.At first if you were using my old software for new Exx unlocking,restore phone using phone backup from folder "SP backups".Everyone time,when you use direct unlock,software creates sp zone backup and places it in folder "SP backups".You can identificate backup for your phone by IMEI number,which is included in backup file name.After backup writing,use last Exx software version Exx_1_16 and unlock phone again.If you not have backup,you need to write anyone sp backup from phone with new version,if you were unlocking new version phones with last Exx_1_16SC software,sp backups you can find in same "SP Backup" folder.If you not have such backup,I attach it here.So write it to phone using "Write backup" function and later unlock it again(of course using last Exx_1_16SC version).

ps - Added also OLD version backup - if somebody need for some repair

INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR VygisToolbox and VPower box

a - MOST IMPORTANT: DISCONNECT ANY BOX FROM YOUR PC !!!

- Go to one of the automatic support areas:
2 NEW and FAST Support area LINKS
Download Smartcarddongle drivers for Win98 or WinXP and install (run that exe file) on your PC.

NOW Connect VygisToolbox (or VPower). It will ask also for driver for the USB part (communication).

- Download this drivers from the support area and install them.
Take care - the VygisToolboxes and Vpower boxes, using the SMALL BLACK USBox are needing on Win XP the special driver, also avaiable there.
If they are installed properly --> then you will see in ''Device Manager'' in the USB section, the VygisUSB2RS232 port component.

- Download the dongle ID reader from that site, and read the dongle ID

- If you can read the dongle id ==> then your smartcarddongle drivers are installed properly

SEND the Dongle ID to your reseller and he MUST send you the reg files for your order.
NOBODY except your reseller can provide this for you
DO NOT ASK ME FOR YOUR REG FILE !!!

AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE REG FILES FROM YOUR RESELLER:

b - Now go to one of the automatic support areas:
2 NEW and FAST Support area LINKS

Download LG supporter software, for VygisToolbox (for VPower you have to use O2 reg file and O2 supporter software) from there and copy in a separate folder
Copy LG reg file in same folder
START Now the LG supporter software --> and you get acess to the LG support area.
Download the LG softwares in different folders and copy a copy of the LG reg in each of this folders.

c- If you have buyed extra activations or full pack, then you have more reg files like Alcatel (Full pack) , O2 (Extra payed) ..., then take from same automatic support areas, the corresponding supporter software (Ex: Alcatel supporter if you have alcatel reg)... and you get access at that support areas and download and install this softwares.

d - Now your softwares should be installed, and the reg files copied in the correspondong folders ==> all is ready to run

First try to flash full flash(flash1+flash2 where possible)
If this still don't work, one more trick:
Look inside the phone for a small battery cell (like in *******). Disconnect it for 1 min, then solder it back. IF you don't see it, then it may be in the upper flip part of the phone. Then disconnect the connector of the flex comming from there for 1 min , and try then.

Same manual and same instructions applyto Vpower as for VygisToolbox, only that VPower uses O2-Benq softwares and O2 reg file. You have to use the automatic support areas (check sticky post)
So read the ONLINE MANUAL POST and one more sticky post about support areas, you will find also.

i have had much success performing this procedure on vygis, but i have had several handsets that the software has said all is ok, but phones imei is still the same!

To change it successfully, i had to 'repair' the imei using the box on main unlock page, i entered the desired number and then did jobs, and all was fixed with signal working too!

I'd tried all jobs prior to that, ie; flashing the phone etc, but after flashing the phone only blinked, so i had to write back up back to phone!
