To our supporter i need KG300 flash file to repair a phone


i looked into our supprt site but can not find any flash file for this phone so where can i get this flash file
i got one phone which work after power on for a while and turn off again by itself so i want to flash it with full flash or any repair flash to get it to work again

please help me for this

i use it to flash the phone but it is the same problem after flash
when i turn on the phone evrything is ok and then turn off by itself after about 45 sec so i have to turn it on again and so on
the phone was working with no problem but after the phone recive a file by bluetooth it became like that so did anyone get any idea to recover this phone??

i do not have time to do that as the phone turn off by itself so i can not do that is there something else i can do??
my custmer is angry very much the phone is new

sorry sir i do not want u to feel so bad but i wish u to put yourself instead of me then u will find out what i want to say here as a custmer stay in front of me and said that he wants his phone to be repaired at once that why i asked for many times so again do not think bad of me and thanks for your help again

Try to type fast when phone is started: 2945#*#

If this don't help, then try the repair procedure from the ONLINE MANUAL sticky thred for LG2G phones.

you have to follow the above stated procedure but the correct timings is required. 2945#*# should be completely written before hanging and after that select no. 15 (Format NVRAM but keep calibration data). Your problem will be solved 100%.
