Download LG supporter to login to support area and download needed software from there.

hi i downloaded lg supporter but i run i get this error does anyone know why?
When i conncet box its asking for drivers but i cannot get them as i canot run lg supporter.

Install this driver first then connect the box and let install the drivers automaticaly.
After that run LG supporter.

thank you the driver worked but now its asking for usb-serial controller driver where can i find that specific driver from i have check in the lnk you have given me but its not here, i have attached a pic to show u what error im getting..

Check to search driver in this folder.
C:\Program Files\VygisTools Drivers for Win XP\E-gate Drivers

hi this was one of the first things i search for the driver in that folder, but once it has searched in this folder it comes with this error.

Chose option Install from an specific location,chose dont search i choose the driver to install and go to folder when you extract last archive.It must work for sure.
