When i tried to unlock lg kp 500, it has error when i press" connect phone"

"FT_setlatencyTimer_General IO error...."

please help me.

Please help me...... It is really strange for me.....

When i use software LGq_40 to unlock ku990....It is working OK.

However, with software LGI 1-63, it alsway come above error for all phones when I press CONNECT PHONE.

please help me urgently.
