mr. gobi and mr vygis please i need your help

i tried unlocking cg300 but im having problem... each time i press unlock and press power on, im getting this error...

PHONE NOT FOUND always appears...

i already tried alot of cables... used unibox, adjusted baudrate.. made factory settings with the unit but still the same...

please help me..

1 - check cable and pinout

When you want to connect phone, press ''Connect'', then insert the connector to the phone and press power on.

Then, if you have select the correct port (check in device manager), it must work.

vygis team.. i think its not a cable problem or settings with my cables or box...

the first cg300 is still here with me.. i thought there was a problem with the phone.. but this 2nd cg300 that just entered still cannot be unlocked!! having the same problem!!!

mr gobi and mr vygism please help me... what must i do?!?!? is there a bug in the software?? i tried all the version up to the latest exe of lg software but still the same.. im using lg7050 ( 3 cables already tried ) but still no luck!!

any advice please!!! thanks alot!!!

Can you again post screenshot from software? Attach it to reply to this message.Also if you using sonork,would be fine to know your sonork number.

thanks mr vygism for the reply.. i already solved the problem.. its not on the cable and its not a software bug.... proper timing is needed.... i unlocked the 2 cg300 successfully!!!

Procedure is as follows:

1) Open VPower and select CG300 as model
2) connect phone to cable without battery
3) Hit "Connect" Button
4) Attach battery.....progress bar will show 0%-100%
5) Hit "Direct Unlock"
6) Done

Hi, I have the same problem with Vygis Toolbox and CG300 no way to connect "phone not respond:" is all i can get.

Exactly the same problem with CG300 here

Tried every possible way not working

The problem seems to be in the Vygis USB port. I managed to unlock the CG300 using a same UNI-Box at com 1

hi brother i had the same problem and i resolve thats problem how ??

i select the phone model cg300 and select the other port for example com1 or com2 and select 115200 brauther and press connet nex to power key phone and connect and unlock suscefull.
