|  Problems unlocking KG810 - "Phone not respond" After i connect the phone it says "phone not responed" after it has loaded boot 100%. What is wrong? Have tried low speed. Cable is good - have used it on KG800 before. |

| simple ... press the power button until the program reads out all info from phone .... don't release right after the program finds phone, hold the power button a little longer ... |
