Professional Vygis User Help me. - GSM-Forum

I downloaded Box Id reader from Vygis website and do these step by step.
but whats wrong is this with my new Box.

Help me please.

remove all box, use only vygis,

I downloaded your new reg file from 4shared.com
but still problem, I never face this kind of problem before other Vigis box I used, but I bought a DITS Vygis Box from ipmart about 15 days before and they shipped me China to Gambia, but now this kind of problem I am facing,,, I am try with also new windows xp sp3 but same, now help me out from this problem pls, I told ipmart but they can't help me for this issue, they said send back for warranty purpose, if it is software problem then guide me pls sir,

NOT software problem , Also your Smart Card NOT BLOCKED - this is READER CARD Problem .
